Architectural Review Board

In order to protect the integrity of the project, Cabo Caletas has an architectural review board to approve all custom home building plans. This approval will be based upon the Camino Real Covenants and Deed Restrictions which outline set backs (golf course, neighbor, road), exterior materials, roof lines, building height, minimal square footage, maximum square footage, etc.
